Login attempts trigger rate-limiting after repeated failures. Two-factor authentication via your registered mobile number adds a second layer before any withdrawal request linked to Paytm or PhonePe is confirmed.

Data Retention Schedule

We retain active account data for as long as your account remains open. After an account is closed, transaction records are kept for the period required by applicable financial regulations, then securely deleted.

We share your data only with payment processors (UPI rails, Paytm, PhonePe) and identity-verification partners where required. We do not share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties under any circumstances.
